Ernie Shows

Since joining Anderson Design Center in 2008, Ernie Shows has built his career by gaining hands-on experience across nearly every facet of the company. Beginning in the warehouse, he advanced to Warehouse Manager before serving as a Commercial Flooring Project Manager. Today, as Director of Operations, Ernie oversees daily operations, helping keep projects, processes, and teams running efficiently while supporting a positive experience for customers and employees alike.

Ernie is passionate about creating an environment where customers, employees, and subcontractors work together seamlessly. His broad understanding of the company’s operations, combined with a practical, team-focused approach to problem-solving, helps ensure projects move forward smoothly and efficiently.

Ernie earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from William Carey University in 2013. Outside of work, he serves as a deacon at Dixie Baptist Church, where he attends with his wife, Jessica, and their four children: Tatum, Landrie, Bailiegh, and Ernie IV. He enjoys spending time with his family and working on the family farm.
