Where are you located?

Anderson Design Center is located at 11 Office Park Drive in Hattiesburg, MS next door to Accents Fine Home Interiors & Gifts and behind Petro Nissan on HWY 98.

The Anderson Downtown Location is located at 515 W. Scooba Street in Hattiesburg, MS of of Broadway Drive. 

What are your store hours?

Anderson Design Center is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5:30 pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. You can also shop our online store any time, day or night!

Anderson Downtown is open the first Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday 9am to 4pm of each month.

What products & services do you provide?
Anderson Design Center provides absolutely everything you need to design and decorate your ideal home or office space. In addition to our complimentary design services, where our talented and experienced designers will walk you through every single step of the design process for your unique project, we also offer thousands of a-la-carte design and decorating solutions, including: custom furniture, flooring, tile, custom cabinets, backsplashes, window treatments, rugs, home decor, custom showers, wallpaper, decorative hardware, accent lighting, commercial-grade furniture and flooring, and more.
Do you provide installation of any products?
Yes, we provide installation service for the products that we sell. We use quality and experienced subcontract laborers whose services are backed by our 100% Anderson Installation Guarantee.
What cities do you provide in-home & delivery services to?
We gladly service all customers within a 50 mile radius of Hattiesburg with in-home consultations, free estimates and measurements, along with delivery and set up. A delivery fee will apply and will be determined based on your location and type of products(s) being delivered. Please contact us to discuss further details.
Do you provide any virtual services?
Yes, we are happy to work with customers with any media that fits their needs best, i.e. FaceTime, email, text, or phone call.
Do you have an online store?
Yes, Anderson Design Center has an online store! is home to tons of amazing Anderson products, including designer furniture, decor, flooring, and more!
What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at Anderson Design Center. In the event a return is requested, please see our terms and conditions below:

Returned merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and processed as store credit.
Returned merchandise is subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny credit for any item based on the condition of the product(s).
Clearance items (“as-is”/outlet) and floor models cannot be returned.

How do I return an item I purchased online?
In the event a return is requested, please fill out a return form online and a member of our team will contact you.
If I purchase online, how will my items be delivered to me?
We encourage customers to take advantage of in-store pickup. However, we can arrange delivery as needed. Please see details here (can we have a link to the question: What cities do you provide in-home & delivery services to?)
How long do you hold items for in-store pickup?
We will be more than happy to hold your order as long as needed in one of our climate controlled warehouses.
Do you offer in-home setup of furniture or other items purchased online or in-store?
Yes, if a customer needs Anderson Design Center’s delivery service, that includes setting up the furniture and removing existing furniture.
How does financing work?
We offer zero percent promotional financing through Synchrony Financial. If you are interested in financing, please fill out this secure link (can we have the link listed here?) and one of our team members will contact you to confirm. Credit is subject to credit approval. Minimal monthly payments apply.
How often do you list new items in your online store?
We work continuously to keep inventory updated and accurate with new arrivals posting weekly.
I saw an item I loved online but now it’s gone. Can you help me find another one?
Absolutely, let us know which item you fell in love with and we strive to make it yours! Many of our items are custom and made-to-order and in that case, we will work to find an item that you will also love.
What is Anderson Downtown?
Anderson Downtown is a once-a-month shopping experience where you can find high-quality, one-of-a-kind pieces from the Anderson Design Center collection at discount prices. Shopping at Anderson Downtown is a great way to create a fresh and stylish space without breaking the bank. The Anderson Downtown collection is always changing and includes: sofas and sectionals, overstock flooring samples, unique art and decor, rugs, beds, storage and shelving, lamps, dining sets, and more.

Anderson Downtown is located at 515 West Scooba Street near Downtown Hattiesburg, off Broadway Drive, behind AutoZone.
When is Anderson Downtown open?
Anderson Downtown is an exclusive shopping experience, only open on the first Friday and Saturday of each month. Our doors are open on first Fridays from 9am to 5pm and first Saturdays from 9am to 4pm.
How much does an interior design consultation cost?
Anderson Design Center provides complimentary design services when purchasing products and/or services through our designers.
How do I set up a design consultation for my home or office project?

What is the benefit of working with a designer on my project?
A designer ensures a seamless design throughout your home or business and takes the stress off of you.
Can you work directly with my architect or contractor to implement my vision?
Yes, we work with architects and contractors all the time.
What is the design process?
The design process can be from start to finish, or it can encompass a small renovation, or simply the selection of a rug or piece of artwork. For large scale projects, we begin with the floor plan and select finishes for each room. You will meet with your designer on a routine bases to discuss progress and ensure the process is meeting your expectations.
How do I get “matched” with the right designer for my project?
We match clients with designers based of scope of work, who the builder is, and designer availability. It is not uncommon for a team of designers to work with a client, all pulling their individual skills together to create a cohesive look throughout the home or business.
Can I request a specific designer for my project if I already have one in mind?
Absolutely. Let us know who you prefer to work with and we will match you to that designer. If for some reason they are not available, we will recommend another designer, but we want you to be comfortable and confident with your designer.
What if I don’t want to work with a designer - can I shop on my own?
Yes, you are welcome to come by our multiple showrooms and browse on your own. However, our design team is happy to answer any questions you may have and to explain the details of all of our products, ranging from custom furniture to flooring, custom showers to countertops, and much more that may require a professional’s insight.
What if I don’t like the items or designs the designer comes up with?
Please let us know! This is part of the design process and we do not take offense to your opinion. It is your home or business we are helping to design and our utmost goal is to make you happy.
What commercial industries do you specialize in?
We specialize in hospitals, clinics, dental offices, colleges and universities, churchs, nursing homes, dorm rooms, restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, pharmacies, pet clinics, and much more. If your business needs commercial flooring or furniture, we are here to help. We also offer overall design services for commercial projects.
My business isn’t in one of those industries - Can you still help me?

Yes, our team is trained on meeting these guidelines.
What exactly does “full-service” interior design mean?
“Full Service” design is exactly what it sounds like: At Anderson, you get more than just a salesperson pushing you to purchase the latest trend in flooring or sofas. Whether your project is commercial or residential, one room or ten, our designers look at the full scope, starting with your blueprints or inspiration board, and help you design a space that is stylish, comfortable, and functional. We pay special attention to the small details and ensure that every single piece of your space, down to the hardware on your cabinets or the finish of your baseboard paint, is exactly in line with your needs and vision. Our team can assist in (or completely take over for you) all research, material selection, purchasing, and coordinating installation.
Do you help with remodels or new builds?
Both! Anderson Design Center is fully equipped to help with every kind of project, from brand new homes and office buildings, to simple bathroom upgrades, to whole home remodels. No project is too big or too small!
I’m doing a full redesign of my space, but I want to keep some of my existing furniture. Can your designers work with the things I already have?
