On a peaceful lake tucked away in the Piney Woods, you’ll find the Okatoma KOA with ample camping areas, cabins, swimming pool, basketball courts, and a brand new outdoor recreational building.  Hillaire Long, Project Manager for ADC, teamed up with contractor Mauricio Santos, owner of Ultimate PDQ, and Patricia Garner Interior Design to bring the Okatoma recreational facility to life.

 

The new facility features multiple amenities from a cool-touch concrete floor coating to resort-worthy accommodations for showering and changing, along with a unique dog wash station, modern laundry rooms, and an outdoor kitchen..

 

Patricia Garner drafted the 3D renderings of the entire space to show the owners what their vision would encompass once complete. Specifications for the area meet ADA accommodations, with unique tilework and Schluter shower systems with ramps in place. Every detail mattered and Hillaire and the owners chose tranquil paint colors such as Riverway and Rushing River to reflect the outdoor theme and history of the local Okatoma River.
