Kim Johnson has helped a large number of clients design their homes for over 20 years.  With a degree in Interior Design from The University of Southern Mississippi, Kim uses her talent to transform rooms into a space her clients can enjoy for both functionality and beauty.  Whether it be new constructions or complete remodels, Kim enjoys the process of seeing rooms come together with a sense of purpose and timeless design. 

In 2010, Kim joined Anderson Design Center in the Builder Services Department, where she works directly with contractors and clients to build the homes of their dreams.  While most of her projects tend to be in the Pine Belt area, her client base includes Meridian, MS, Florida, and Louisiana. “One of my greatest joys has been working in collaboration with other designers on projects. I have been blessed to work with designers all the way from the Florida Panhandle to New Orleans and even locally. I love collaborating with them and bouncing ideas off one another and learning from their experiences as well as enriching my own” says Kim.

“I enjoy working with my clients and creating friendships along the way.  Seeing a project through from start to finish is such a joy for not only my clients, but also for me.  I especially enjoy designing entire home projects from start to completion. It is extremely rewarding to be there from groundbreaking until the window treatments are hung and the pillows are fluffed” says Kim.

Kim and her husband, Matt, live in Hattiesburg and have two daughters and one granddaughter.
