The homeowners of this custom built, Ken Tate designed waterfront home wanted the updates and renovations to be true in keeping with its original Vieux Carre’ influence, yet reflect a renewed warmth and appeal of today’s interior and exterior finishes and designs.

The homeowners worked closely with Land & Lake Studio and Norman Construction on the exterior design and renovation, including the custom-built mahogany French doors of the front gallery styled porch and courtyard. They relied on the expertise of designer Tiffany Robinson and staff at Anderson Design Center in the selection and installation of everything involving the entire downstairs flooring in a combination of travertine and reclaimed pine, new stair treads in reclaimed heart pine, four bathroom renovations, including cabinetry, countertops, wallcoverings, floor and shower tiles, plumbing and bath fixtures, paint and electrical.

Tiffany and Anderson Design Center also handled finishing design touches with select furniture pieces, rugs and décor.
