Kim Johnson, Interior Designer, worked alongside the homeowners to create a light and airy atmosphere in this exquisite new home. Spa-like tones of blue and serene neutrals are seen throughout, while antiqued engineered reclaimed heart pine flooring brings a modern touch to an impeccable overall design. The homeowners already had a strong vision for what they desired in their new home and sourced a lot of the furniture from their many travels.
Kim selected many custom finishes for the home, including drapery, a motorized roman shade operated with remote for easy open and close access, a custom stair runner, custom framed intaglios, hand molded subway tiles that adds texture and interest while keeping with the timeless design, the fireplace surround detailing, as well as rugs and several accessories that tie everything together.
